"Helpful staff, but the wait was annoying"
I just had a quick question, so I wasn’t expecting to be waiting around as long as I did. That part was frustrating. Once I finally got someone, though, they were really friendly and helpful, and they didn’t make it awkward or complicated. Overall, it ended up being a good experience, just wish the wait had been shorter.

"Easy pickup and everything was right"
I ordered through risecannabis and everything was exactly what I picked out. No missing items or random swaps, which I really appreciated because that can be annoying. Pickup was quick and easy too. Simple experience, but it was done right. Has anyone else had issues with substitutions or missing items at other dispensaries, or did I just get lucky here?

"Fresh flower, better than most spots"
Picked up my order from Rise the flower was fresher than what I’ve gotten from a lot of other places lately. It wasn’t all dry and crumbly, smelled really nice, and the packed date was actually recent, which I appreciated. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, but compared to some of the other dispensaries around, I still left happy overall.

"Clean store, but I’m not totally sold"
The store had a chill vibe and looked clean, which I appreciated. It was a little crowded though, and that made the whole experience feel less comfortable. Nothing terrible happened, but it did make me feel a bit less confident about shopping there regularly.

"Easy pickup, no hassle"
I placed my order online and the pickup process was smooth. I checked in, waited a few minutes, and was out the door without any weird hassle. The staff was relaxed and kept things easy, which I appreciated. Definitely beats waiting around in-store forever. I’d use pickup again.

"Checkout was fine, just a little slow"
Checkout did go through without any issues, so that part was good. The only thing I noticed was the pages taking a bit longer to load than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I kept watching the little loading icon and wondering if the next page had actually registered my click. Everything worked in the end, just felt a little slower than it should have...

"Easy to Spot Good Deals"
I usually check the site before ordering because there’s almost always some kind of deal going on. The discounts are easy to notice, and the promo details are clear, so you don’t have to dig around too much. Some offers do end fast though, so you kind of have to grab them when you see them.

"Menu was accurate"
The menu matched what they had in the store, which was nice. I didn’t have to guess or ask about a bunch of missing items, so that made ordering easier. It’s a small thing, but when the menu actually lines up with what’s available, it just.....

"Quick stop thanks to easy parking"
I stopped by Rise and, the parking kinda won me over before I even got inside.
There were plenty of open spots when I pulled in, so I didn’t have to do that whole circling around thing or sit there waiting for somebody to leave. I was in a little bit of a rush too, so that made it way less stressful.
The store itself was totally fine, no complaints there, but the easy parking is what I really remembered. Made the whole visit quick and simple. 5 stars from me.

"They handled my order issue really fast"
I had a small issue with my order, before anyone says customer support is always a hassle, they fixed it quickly. It was no big drama, and I didn’t have to chase them around. Easy experience overall

"Good site, but the selection could be better"
I’ve had a decent experience with Risecannabis.com overall. The products are good, and the site is easy enough to browse without feeling confusing. The only thing is, depending on the store you pick, the selection can be kind of limited. I’d find something I wanted, and then you realize it’s either out of stock or there are only a couple options. It’s not a bad experience at all, but you definitely wish they had more variety more consistently.

I’ve ordered a few times and the flavors were generally fine, but the potency felt a little inconsistent, if that makes sense. Some items worked well, while others felt weaker than I expected. Not a bad experience, just kind of average for me.

"Surprisingly Fast Visit"
I was expecting to sit around forever, but nope, the wait time was absolutely better than I thought it would be. I checked in, got helped quickly, and was out the door before I even had time to get annoyed. Definitely one of the smoother visits I’ve had.

"Pretty fair prices and easy checkout"
I’ve bought from Rise a few times now, and the prices feel fair to me. Like, not everything is super cheap or anything, but it also doesn’t feel like they’re trying to squeeze extra money out of you, if that makes sense. The deals are easy enough to see, and when I checked out, the total was what I thought it would be. No random weird charges showing up at the end, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s been a solid experience for me.

"Just has a good vibe every time"
Every time I stop in, the staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve never felt rushed or awkward for asking questions, which I really appreciate. It just has that kind of place where your gut tells you the people actually care, and that makes a big difference for me.
